Oats: 150 gms Whey: 120 grams Peanut butter: 100 gms Raisins (golden): 100 gms Milk: 50 ml Almonds : 50 gms Flaxseed: 100 gms Pumpkin seed: 100 gms - Mix Oats (make oats powder) & Whey powder in a bowl - cut almonds & pumpkin seed in small pieces and add them to the bowl (one can have them without pieces too) - make paste like mixture of peanut butter, raisins and milk in a mixer/grinder - add the paste in bowl and mix all the ingredients well till you get a thick batter - place the batter in silicon shells or a tray - bake for 10-15 mins or refrigerate for 3-4 hrs - 10-12 healthy & delicious homemade protein bar is ready - 1 bar = 70-75 gms approx / 320 kcal - C: 24 gms / P: 20 gms / F: 16 gms
