Chana Methi Masala
30 gms chole / chana 1 onion 1 tomato 2 tsp ghee 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp tamarind powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp tamarind powder salt as per taste 2 tsp dried methi leaves soak chana overnight in water. pressure cook for 4 whistles in morning with salt, turmeric powder & water. take a pan. add ghee & onion. cook till golden brown. add tomato & ginger garlic paste. cook well then add tamarind powder & all dry spices with salt. add 1 cup water & boiled chana. bring to a boil for 3 mins.
