Protein Pancakes (Makes up to 4-5) Ingredients: 2 Whole eggs 5 gms Butter/Coconut Oil 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 100 ml Milk 1 scoop Whey Protein 10 gms flaked almonds Blueberries 1/2 tsp maple syrup Macros: F: 23 C: 17 P: 42 Calories: 443 Instructions: 1. Place a non-stick skillet on the stove over medium heat. Spray with butter or coconut oil and let melt. 2. Add the eggs, whey, baking powder to a large bowl and start to mix with a whisk. Add milk a little at a time until the batter is smooth and pourable. 3. Use a deep spatula, pour out the batter into the pan, wait for the bubbles to pop and then flip. 4. Stack the pancakes and top with almonds, blueberries and maple syrup.
