Ingredients : 100gms soya chunks 50gms paneer 15gms ghee 1small onion Ginger 4 cloves of Garlic 3 green chillies Coriander Mint leaves Salt Chat masala Garam masala Procedure : 1) Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. 2) Grind it in mixer once cooled. 3) Make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves. 4) Add this paste to the mashed soya chunks, with a small onion and mashed paneer in it. 5) Add chat masala, garam masala & salt as per taste. 6) Make tikkis and tava fry with ghee. 7) Serve with mint coriander chutney.
