Ingredients- 150 gm chicken breast, shredded (or cut into very small pieces), 5 ml oil, 50 gm regular pasta (can use 0 carb spaghetti as well if available), 1 cheese slice, cut into thin strips, half medium sized onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, bell pepper tomato puree Marinate chicken strips in a little salt, lemon juice and a clove of crushed garlic for 2-3 hours. Fry onions and garlic in 5 ml oil till it's cooked, add the marinated chicken strips, sautee for sometime, then add the bell peppers, and cook some more, after 10 minutes (or till the chicken is cooked), add tomato puree and a little water if needed. Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil. Add in the pasta/macaroni/spaghetti. Boil for 8-10 minutes till Al dente. Drain water and add the pasta in to the chicken. Mix well. Add in the cheese slice strips and leave for a minute till cheese melts. Serve hot. (Can top it off with fat free home made tomato sauce) Tip - Lean ground meat works best in place of chicken.
