Vegetable Quinoa pulao Ingredients used: Paneer 400gms Quinoa 70gms Green peas  1/2 cup Chopped capsicum 1 cup Onion 2 nos Tomato 1 nos Ghee/ Butter 10gms Spices & salt according to your taste Method : - Boil the quinoa to cook it - simultaneously heat the pan on medium heat & saute chopped onion for 2 mins. Then add crushed ginger garlic & chilli. Cook it for a minute till the raw smell goes away. -Then add chopped tomatoes & cook it for 2 mins & so. -Then add all veggies like paneer, peas, capsicum. Add salt according to your taste. - cover & cook on medium heat for 5-7 mins till veggies are cooked. - once the veggies are cooked, add the cooked quinoa along with Spices. Now your vegetable Quinoa pulao is ready to serve. Easy to make & delicious to eat.
