Ingredients: Whey Protein - 1 Scoop (33 Gms) Coffee powder - 1 Tbsp Fresh Cream - 50 gm (Almond milk / Skimmed milk can be used alternatively) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Sweetener (optional) - If your whey isn't sweet enough! Method: 1. Take one scoop of Whey protein in a mug 2. Add coffee powder and baking powder to it 3. Mix all the dry ingredients well 4. Add fresh cream / Almond milk / skimmed milk to arrive at batter like consistency 5. Put it in the microwave for a minute Warning: Use sufficiently large mug or any other container as the brownie is gonna rise up in the microwave 6. Bring it out, let it sit down and cool a little bit for 2 to 5 mins 7. Take it out in your favorite serving plate or have it directly from the mug and enjoy your sweet treat! Credit : Deepak Nayak
