Love thy food/macros 💟😁💟 Egg muffins for breakfast ✔ Ingredients: 3 whole eggs Spinach: 100gms (you can add finely chopped veggies as per your choice n macros) Onion: 1 Green chillies: 2 Chilly flakes Butter: 5 gms Sharing 2 recipes for this ✌ Recipe 1(in oven): Preheat the oven to 340°F Grease muffin bake moulds. Fill only 3/4th of the moulds with the egg veggie mix to prevent overflow. Bake for 15-20mins Cook till they are golden Let the muffins cool for about 10 minutes and then remove them from the mould tray Recipe 2: On a non stick pan Beat the eggs together with salt, finely chopped onion, spinach, chillies n chilly flakes. Place a butter greased cookie cutter on a non stick pan Add little butter and then pour the eggs n veggie mixture into the cookie cutter. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side and then turn it upside down n cook again till it become golden brown. Remove the egg veggie muffin from the cookie cutter. Serve hot.
