Oats Rice Laddoo
50 gms oats 50 gms puffed rice / rice flour 2 tsp ghee 1 scoop masala milk whey 5 almonds slit in 2 each 6 tsp erythritol a pinch of elaichi powder little water Dry roast oats powder & rice flour / puffed rice powder in ghee. Add 1 scoop masala milk whey. Add little water to bind with erythritol & elaichi powder. Give a good mix. Make small balls & garnish with almonds. can be stored & enjoyed for 5-7 days.
