Below recipe is for 2 servings -Marinate the chicken (boneless) for at least an hr with the following for 400 grams chicken Lime juice (1tbsp) Green chilies (2) Garam masala (2tsp) Red chilly powder (1tbsp) Salt (1/2 tbsp) Coriander powder (1tbsp) Jeera powder (1tsp) Black pepper powder (1tsp) Turmeric powder (1/2 tbsp) Curd (50 gms) Whole spices Mint leaves (2-3) Ghee/olive oil (5 gms) -Soak 160 gms of basmati rice for 30 mins - Put the oven on pre-heat at 425 Deg F - boil water on a stove with whole spices, 1 tsp oil (5 gms), 1tbsp sahjeera, and 1 tsp salt - As the water gets to boiling state add rice until 50 % cooked - take a baking tray spread the marinated chicken evenly on the tray - strain the water as rice gets 50% cooked - Spread the strained rice with whole spices onto the baking tray with chicken - add 10 gms of ghee on top of the rice - add few drops of food color solution - add chopped coriander leaves on top - seal the tray with aluminum foil and keep it in the oven and start your timer to be 15 mins - now reduce the temperature of the oven to 400 deg F and set timer to 20 mins - wait for 5 mins and open the tray - mix it/measure/serve 😊
