Summer is here..... Here is a Summer Drink for you. Want to add green in ur daily routine? This is the best way to add greens n carry anywhere. Detox urself. 01 bunch Spinach 01 bunch Coriander 01 bunch Mint 01 cucumber 2-3 florets of Broccoli Black salt according to taste 01 Lemon to add that tangy taste. Chop all the greens and put it in the grinder along with black salt and lemon. Grind it smoothly by adding water. ( Add water according to the consistency you want ur smoothie to be). Taddaa....The smoothie is ready. Note: For crunchy smoothie one can add finely chopped cucumber to the smoothie. Best to carry to ur work place, Gym, outdoor activities, etc.
