Pan-Grilled chicken with broccoli
Who says dinner needs to be boring!!! Grilled chicken with broccoli and a sprinkling of black grapes seasoned with vinegar, soy sauce and sriracha hot sauce... Recipe: Marinate 100gm chicken breast boneless with vinegar, soy sauce, salt n black pepper. After 15-30 minutes, Pan grill chicken pieces in 5 gm oil. Turn each piece once one side is done. Meanwhile sauté 100gm broccoli with garlic in 5 gm oil till cooked. Make sure broccoli is al denté and not mushy. Sprinkle 8-10 black grapes or olives (optional). Season with Sriracha or any sauce of your choice. Enjoy.
