Recipe: In a blender add 1 scoop whey( i used vanilla birthday cake flavour as its super sweet, best for all smoothies), 25g oats, 100ml fat free milk, 100g strawberries ( you can use any fruit of your choice), 5 roasted almonds( optional) and chilled water to adjust the consistency. Grind them into a smooth consistency. Its done😋
