50 gms oats 50 gms puffed rice 2 tsp ghee 1 tsp roasted ajwain crushed 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp kasuri methi a pinch of black pepper salt as per taste water to make dough Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Add water & make a smooth dough. It should neither be too hard nor too smooth. It should be just like Puri that can be flattened on palm. Make small balls & flatten them on palm or on a plastic sheet. Take a fork & prick holes. Pre heat air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 mins. Cook mathris for 8-10 mins on same temperature till crispy brown. Same can be done for baking or can be shallow fried in ghee or coconut oil. can be stored in air tight container for 3-4 days & enjoyed as a snack or crispy puri in lunch / dinner.
