Waffles that will easily fit in your macros by me.. 1. 2 whole eggs 2. Overripe banana/1 scoop whey, if your calories won’t allow for fruits 😝 3. 50g oats 4. 10g of butter, some for lining the tray 5. A pinch of baking powder 6. Stevia or erythritol is optional to make it extra sweet 6. Add some choco chips if your calorie Intake allows it 🍪 Mix it all together, I didnt use a blender cuz I wanted the grainy texture as is.. Pour in waffle mould or waffle maker and ready within 3-4 mins!!! And if it’s a little gooey in the centre, tastes 1000 times better !!! 🤤
