50 gms Chole / Chana 1 onion 1 tomato 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chole masala (homemade) 2 tsp ghee salt as per taste Soak Chole overnight in water. In the morning remove water & boil for 4-5 whistles with water & salt. take a pan. add ghee. add onion. cook till golden brown. add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, spices. let it cook.for 5 mins. add chole. add little water (boiled stock of chole can be used). simmer for 5-7 minutes. serve hot.
