Get 250gm minced chicken breast or grind it at home(don’t add water while grinding). Add salt, pepper, green chilli, coriander, ginger garlic paste & any other spice of your taste. Mix everything well. Get aluminium foil & double triple the layer. Place the mixture on foil and roll it carefully. Multifold the foil to make it intact. Roll like a candy from sides, make it in cylinder shape and secure it with thread properly. Now put it in hot boiling water and cover it for 15 minutes. After that take them out, let them cool and later put them in fridge few hours. Cut them in pieces and enjoy.
