Sabudana Thalipeeth - Tried Sabudana thalipeeth on Shivratri (all under macros). Its basically a chapati recipe made usually during fasting days. Sharing the recipe here.. INGREDIENTS: Sago 50g Roasted Peanut Powder 20g Potato 80g Curry leaves few, finely chopped Coriander Leaves a small bunch, finely chopped Salt to taste Green Chillies 2, finely chopped Chilli Powder half a teaspoon or more Asafoetida a pinch Cumin 1 tsp Ghee 5g METHOD: 1) Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl. 2) Divide them into two equal sized balls. 3) Take two transparent sheets. Grease them well. 4) Keep the ball in between the two sheets. Tap it lightly with the help of your palm to give it a round shaped chapati. 5) Smear some ghee on griddle, slide in the chapati on it. Cover and cook both the sides till it turns golden brown. 6) Serve hot with mint chutney.
