Paneer dal potato baked pakoda i had paneer 50 gm in my dier with potato 150 gm and dal 40 gm.And ghee left over in my diet was 8gm. So this was the receipe i landed too and trust me its too tasty to satisfy your hunger.i could make 11 pakoda out of the mentioned quantity. Boil dal and potato with little salt n turmeric power in pressure cooker and wait for the whistle 8 times atleast .Water would dry off and remaining left with be potatos and dal .Mash it and add paneer fine chopped with a green chilly and i saved my half onion for this to it.Add little water n little ghe from 8 gm and mash it.With wet hand make small pakoda .Spread ghee in the baking trau and place your pakoda and flip it .At 130 bake it from both side or till you get light brown colour.
