Recipe: Take 1 scoop whey protein (i used vanilla birthday cake flavour), 1 whole egg, 30g oats, half banana, 50g yogurt, pinch of salt, cinnamon powder (optional), pinch of baking powder and grind them into a smooth paste. Take a nonstick pan and spray some cooking spray( you can use butter) and add the mixture. Cook it from both the side till gets golden brown. You can add some honey/ peanut butter/nutela from top if that fits in yoyr macros.
