when you are left with just dal and paneer for dinner make these quick and easy protein-packed yellow/green moong dal dosas. 30gm yellow/green moong dal soaked for 4 hours 25 gm paneer 5gm coconut oil grind the drained dal with ginger, garlic, coriander and green chilly with some water to a dosa batter like consistency. add onion, tomato, salt and eno to the batter. make dosas on a non-stick pan. this quantity gives 3 dosas. remove from pan and added crumbled paneer. yummy and healthy dal dosas are ready to dig in. #fittr #squatsambassador #cleaneating #guiltfree
