100 gms karela salt 2 tsp ghee chaat masala remove skin of karela. boil in a pressure cooker with salt for 4 whistles. remove seeds. coat in ghee. air fry @ 180 degrees for 10 minutes. add chaat masala & enjoy as a side dish with your meal or just snack on it when hungry.
