Oats Rice Cake
50 gms oats 50 gms puffed rice a pinch of baking powder a pinch of salt a pinch of kesar 2 tsp ghee 3 tsp flax seeds powder 7 tsp erythritol 1 cup water approx 2 drops vanilla essence 5 crushed almonds Grind all the dry ingredients in a blender to a smooth powder. Add water & create a batter with thick consistency. Add 2 tsp ghee. Mix well. Pre-heat air fryer @ 180 degrees for 5 mins. Grease a baking tray. Add the batter & bake for 7-8 mins at same temperature. Use a knife to check if done.
