100 gms Paneer 100 gms Palak 5 gms butter / coconut oil 1 tsp ajwain 1 tsp chilly flakes 1/2 tsp chilly powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp roasted jeera powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp kasuri methi 1 lemon juice (Optional) 1 Medium Onion (Optional as per macros) 1 Medium Tomato (Optional as per macros) Salt as per taste Blanch Palak for 3 mins in boiling water. Dip in cold water & remove. Blend to a smooth paste. (Crush little soft paneer & blend with palak for smooth & thick gravy). Heat 5gm of butter or coconut oil in a non stick pan (I have used butter). Add ajwain, chilly flakes & ginger garlic paste. Roast well till it becomes golden. Add palak paste & all dried masala. Add salt. Add little water if required. Add kasuri methi. Bring to a boil. Add paneer pieces cut in medium cubes. Cook on simmer for few mins. Add lemon juice & enjoy. P.S. I have not added onion & tomato but can be added one each if macros allow.
