Chicken cutlets with blanched spinach
Boil 200gm chicken breast and 100gm potato separately. Add 10gm butter 100gm onion, 50gm tomato ginger garlic paste and sauté in a pan. Add red chill powder n salt. Let it cook. Add mashed potatoes and shredded chicken breast to it. Make patties and shallow fry on both sides with 5gm butter. Spinach 100gm blanched with salt and seasoned with chilli flakes.
