Curd Rice Cutlets
CURD RICE CUTLETS Curd rice with a twist. These cutlets are very easy to prepare and ready in minutes. Here goes the recipe.. INGREDIENTS: Rice 30g Curd 80g Gram Flour 15g Salt to taste Sugar Free 1 tablet Carrot 50g, grated FOR THE TEMPERING: Ghee 5g Mustard Seeds 0.5 tsp Cumin 0.5 tsp Sesame Seeds 5g Curry leaves few, chopped Green Chillies 2, finely chopped METHOD: 1) Soak rice, curd, gram flour, salt and sugar for overnight and refrigerate. 2) Next day, add grated carrot, mix and mould them into equal sized patties. 3) Heat ghee in a pan, add mustard, cumin, sesame, chillies and curry leaves. Place the cutlets on the pan. Cover and cook for some time. 4) Flip once they turn golden brown. Cook from the both sides. 5) Remove them on a serving plate and garnish with pomegranate seeds.
