soya Upma >> Grinded soya (50gm) (dry) > roast the soy powder>5 gm ghee with mustard seeds+ fry the 50 gm onion +30 gm peas. (saute it in pan)> boil the water in the pan +add pinch turmeric > add roasted soy Powder then stir fry veggies (onion + pea). you can also add lemon and roasted grind peanuts to enhance the taste
