How to make & dal whey dosa

Step-1

Soak 60g masoor dal and 40g moong dal overnight.

Step-2

Wash dal next morning.

Step-3

Grind dal with some green chilli, jeera.

Step-4

Add 30g raw whey and salt and mix everything.

Step-5

Pour in hot tawa and flip it when the sides start coming out. Take off from pan when cooked on both side.
