Matar Soya & Masala Beans
Soya chunks with Green Peas aka Matar Soya with French beans. Easy to cook recipe for vegetarians. Soya Chunks - 80g Beans - 200g Ghee - 6g each Green Peas - 100g Recipe: For Beans - Saute the beans over 6g of desi ghee. Add Garam masala powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Cover cook it. You may add cumin seeds & dry chillies for tempering. Soya Matar - Saute ginger garlic paste in 6g of ghee till the raw smell of paste goes off. Add garam masala, kasuri methi powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste, black pepper powder n green chillies n saute it. Add green peas and cook for some time. Measure 80g of raw soya Add the boiled soya and cook for some more time till the gravy seeps in the soya. Garnish with coriander leaves(optional).
