4 whole eggs 50 gms rice 4 tsp ghee 1 onion 1 tomato salt 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp kitchen king masala soak rice in water for 15 mins. cook separately with salt, 1tsp ghee & water. take a pan. add 3 tsp ghee. add onion. let it cook till golden brown. add tomato, salt & spices. cook till ghee leaves sides. add 4 whole eggs. make a nice scrambled subzi. add cooked rice to this cooked bhurji. garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot with curd.
