Ingredients Veggies of your choice (I have used broccoli, carrots, lettuce) along with red pepper, green pepper, onion and tomatoes. Milk- 50 ml Corn flour- 1 tbsp/14 gms Spices- Red pepper, Black pepper, all purpose seasoning Butter- 5 gm olive oil- 5 gm Procedure- Saute all veggies with salt and black pepper in butter . Take a pan, put olive oil, add salt, black pepper, red pepper and all purpose seasoning to it. Add milk, let it heat for a minute. Add corn flour and keep stirring continuously untill it gives a homogeneous paste. Add all the veggies and little water, let cook for 3-5 minutes. And a yummy vegetable soup is ready. It’s really filling and keeps you full for long.
