Crispy Egg Pakora You'll Need Boiled Eggs - 3 nos Yellow Moong Dal - 25 gm Green Chilli - 1 (finely chopped) Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Rice Flour - 1 tsp Salt to taste Coconut Oil - 5 ml Let's Make it! 1) Cut each boiled egg into slices 2) Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the eggs 3) Soak moong dal for 2 hours in warm water 4) Add soaked moong dal, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, rice atta, salt and coriander powder in a blender. 5) Add water and blend it coarsely. 6) Heat 10 ml coconut oil in a nonstick pan. Coat the egg well with the batter and shallow fry it until golden brown on both the sides. Serve hot Credit : Poonam Lohire
