Take kale (ideal for smoothies) 50 gm, I have added banana (50 gm), Raspberries and blackberries (30 gm), 7 overnight soaked almonds, add little water, grind it on smoothie mode! Tadaa! It’s done! You can add variety of fruits and nuts which fits in your macros. You may use kiwi for natural sweetness, if it feels less sweet you may add zero calorie sweeteners. This is my to go veggie smoothie!
