Ingredients: a) For making Bottle gourd: Bottle gourd (100 grams- cut into small pieces), cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, butter (10 ml), salt to taste. B) For Oats: Oats (50 grams), red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt. Recipe: a) in pressure cooker add butter, let it melt, add spices mentioned in ingredients part a) and then bottle gourd. Close the lid and give it 2 whistles. Add lil bit of water. B) in pan dry roast oats and when it’s almost done, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder. Now mix the cooked bottle gourd in oats, mix well and cook for 5 mins with closed lid. Done.
