Soft Boiled Egg & Mushrooms Toastie Calories: 305 Macros: F:13.5 C:26 P:20 Ingredients: 2 whole eggs 2.5 gms butter 2 bread slices 80 gms thinly sliced mushrooms Chillies to taste Toasted Sesame Seeds to Sprinkle Method: For Eggs: Put 2 eggs in a hot water pot to boil, Take 1 egg out in 5-6 mins to keep it the yolk soft and the other on till 8-9 mins for a full boiled egg. Give a cold water wash and peel the eggs aside. Hard boiled egg can be mashed and used for the base on top of the toasted bread. Soft boiled egg will be cut in the centre at the end for the top. For Mushrooms: Thinly slice the mushrooms, in a pan with butter sautée the mushrooms along with chillies, salt. To Assemble: On top of the toasted bread, spread the egg mash evenly, on top layer it with the sautéed mushrooms and top with one soft boiled egg in the centre. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
