50 gms wheat flour 2 slice cheese 4 tsp ghee salt as per taste 1 cup approx water knead dough with salt, ghee & water. make paratha normally. heat a flat pan. spread roti. place cheese slices & cover with another roti. cook on slow flame till parantha is crisp & cheese is melting. cut in halves & gulp
