Veg Fried Rice
Veg Fried Rice : 50 gms long grain rice 4 tsp ghee 200 gms mix veggies Salt as per taste 1 tsp soya sauce 1tsp kitchen king masala Take a deep bottom pan. Add ghee & veggies. Cook for 5 mins but allow veggies to stay crunchy. Add kitchen king masala. Soak rice for 15 mins in water. cook them with water, salt & 1 tsp ghee separately. Add veggies to cooked rice. Add 1tsp soya sauce & stir well.
