Ingredients: Chicken (300 grams- cut into medium to large pieces), dry spices (red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken tandoor masala, black pepper, coriander powder), salt (to taste), coconut oil (10 grams) Recipe: marinate chicken with all dry spices and salt evenly. Keep marinated chicken in refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Bring it to room temperature before cooking (take it out from refrigerator for min 1-2 hours). Now place chicken on baking tray and Grease with oil all over. Bake at 180’ C for 10 mins on both sides each (total 20 mins). Now move from baking tray to grill rack and grill for 5 mins on both sides each (total 10 mins). Done. One can add GG paste, coriander for garnish as per taste. Serve with mayonnaise / green chutney/ sauces (as per choice and within macros).
