Chicken Biryani, Arabic Style😋😋😋 Carbs-Basmati Rice 90g Protein-Chicken 200g Fat-Ghee 15g • Marinate the chicken with spices of your liking and keep it aside for at least 4-6 hours. • Heat ghee in a thick bottomed pan and layer the chicken evenly. Add a layer of veggies(optional) and add soaked rice(5-10mins) on top. • Add chicken stock or boiling water twice the quantity of rice, put the lid on and cook it on slow flame for 10 minutes. • Once the pores start to form, increase the heat to high for a couple of minutes. Place a tawa underneath and cook it for 25-30 minutes on medium heat. • Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Place a plate on top and turn the vessel over.
