How to make & soya Tikki

Step-1

Step-1 take a non stick Kadhai and add 1 tsp of ghee

Step-2

Add soya chunks n roast it until it turns brown on medium flame

Step-3

After that keep it to cool for 5 min n then grind it in to mixture grinder until powder form

Step-4

Now take a bowl and add soya chunks powder ( according to measurement for eg: 80 grams )

Step-5

Add wheat flour ( eg: 30 grams)

Step-6

Add panner ( eg: 30:)

Step-7

Add all spices red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilles , lemon , garam masala

Step-8

Now add spring onions or veggies (optional)

Step-9

Add salt according to taste

Step-10

Now using little amount of water try to bind it

Step-11

Out of the dough make tikki’s using little ghee on palm

Step-12

Now on hot non stick pan apply ghee n leave tikkis to roast

Step-13

Once done you can garnish it with chat masala ( optional )
