Ingredients : 100 g Paneer 22.50 g Onions 37.50 g Tomato Puree 37.50 g Fresh Cream (Heavy Whipping Cream) 15 g Butter 0.50 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste 0.50 teaspoon Cumin Seeds 0.50 teaspoon Kasuri Methi 1/8 teaspoon Tumeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder 1/8 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder Salt to Taste Coriander for Garnish Instructions The first thing you want to do is melt the butter in the saucepan and add in the onions and cumin seeds and cook till it gets Golden Add ginger garlic paste, tumeric, chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder and cook for 2 minutes.Then add in the tomato puree and let it cook for 5-10 min. While the sauce is gettin ready get a separate pan and saute the paneer on ghee or butter till it gets golden. Now add kasturi methi and salt to taste in the sauce and add the cream to it and stir it and add Paneer to the gravy and voila you are done. You can also garnish it with Coriander.
