50 gms poha (thin ones) 1 onion 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp ghee few coriander leaves half lemon juice salt as per taste wash poha in water & leave in a strainer to remove excess water. take a pan. add ghee. add thinly sliced onion & cook till pinkish brown. add salt, turmeric & red chill. add poha & mix well. cook for few seconds on slow flame. garnish with coriander leaves & serve with half a lemon.
