Calories here is calculated for 100grms** Mutton ( as required for the family ) 750grams Oil 2 spoons Ginger garlic paste 1.5 spoons freshly made Tomatoes 2.5 peeled Pepper powder 3/4th spoon freshly crushed Salt Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, upon heating saute the ginger garlic paste for 2mins.. put the mutton and saute it for 2 minutes...then put the tomatoes and put the salt and pepper. Cover the lid and cook till the mutton is done. Open the lid and saute it till the water is evaporated. Slit few green chillies and garnish it with coriender!! This is the yummiest mutton you will have I promise! :) Happy cooking!
