PMSing / Mood Swings / Sweet Cravings so I just had to transform the mean "gurr ki roti" to this lip smacking healthy version for weekend vibes. 4 tsp erythritol 50 gms wheat flour 5 almonds 3 tsp ghee a pinch of salt water as required to make dough knead into a soft roti dough with 2 tsp ghee, pinch of salt, wheat & water. in a separate bowl, crush almonds & mix with erythritol. keep aside as stuffing. roll the dough into a roti. on half side place erythritol & crushed almond stuffing. cook on a flat pan both sides by adding remaining ghee. cut in 2 halves. serve sizzling hot.
