Soya chunks rava paddu with spicy chutney made only with oil, salt ,red chilli powder Ingredients: 90 gms panner ( crumble panner) 60 gms rava 20 gms soya chunks ( powder - grind raw soya chunks to fine powder) 50 gms onions finely chopped 50 gms curd ( optional ) or use 1 tsp amchur powder Salt as per taste 2 green chili finely chopped ( adjust all the above ingredients according to your daily macros) Procedure : 1)Take a mix all the ingredients with little water and allow it to soak for 30 to 60 minutes 2) now heat paddu making pan , add little oil 3)put he prepared dough into pan and wait patiently to flip it otherside. Spicy chutney Oil5 gms , salt, red chilli powder mix all together
