Ingredients: Paneer-300g Butter-2tbsp Onion- 1Large Tomatoes -2 Almond Flour-2tbsp Garam Masala-1/4tsp Coriander Powder-1tbsp Cumin Powder-1tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder-2tbsp Cumin Seeds-1/4tsp Cardamom powder-1/2tsp Cream-50ml Ginger Garlic Paste-1tbsp Stevia-1tbsp Coriander Leaves-1Sprig Method: Heat 1tbsp butter in the pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add finely chopped onions and cook until transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw flavour is gone. Add in dry ingredients one after the other and fry them for a minute before adding finely chopped tomatoes. Cook until they start disintegrating. Add the almond flour, dilute with some water and cook for another 3-4 minutes with lid on. Let this mixture cool down and blend it to a fine paste. The same gravy can be used with other ingredients as well. Heat the rest of the butter and add the gravy to the pan, dilute with some water and cook with lid on for 4-5 minutes. Add stevia and give it a stir. Add the paneer cubes soaked in salt water for at least 30 minutes and continue cooking on medium with lid on for another 5 minutes. Pour in the cream, mix well and reduce the heat and cook for 5 more minutes. Garnish with very little cream and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with your choice of accompaniments.
