1 scoop whey 100 grams paneer 1/2 tbl spoon coffee Method:: -Add whey, coffee & water(1/4cup) in a blender jar now blend it well - After this add paneer- blend it well for 2-3 minutes or blend them as smooth as possible. - Pour into the serving glass & add some unsweetned coco powder - If you feel like adding stevia you can but for me whey sugar is sufficient. Enjoy👍🏻👍🏻😊Its stomach filling, makes you full for 2 hours🙌🏻
