Ingredients : * 1 Cup Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix (130 gm) * 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder * 1/4 Cup Liquid Egg Whites (60g) * 1/4 Cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (50g) * 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract * 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar * 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk * 1.5 Tablespoons Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips (21g) Preparation : 1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cut out 6 pieces of parchment paper for lining your muffin pan. 3. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine Kodiak Cakes and baking powder. 4. Add all remaining ingredients and mix. 5. Pour into your parchment paper lined muffin pan. 6.
