Ingredients: coconut oil (1 tbl spoon), whole garam masala (small proportions), 1/2 onion (sliced), chicken (curry cut marinated in salt, chilli powder and turmeric for 2-3 hours), bottle gourd (cut into small pieces), salt (to taste), fresh roasted cumin seeds powder (a pinch), black pepper (a pinch), coriander (for garnish). Recipe: In kadai start with coconut oil, put whole garam masala (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star flower, dhaniya seeds and more of your choice), put onion (sauté for 2 mins), add marinated chicken (sauté for 10 mins on medium to high flame), add 1 small cup water and cover with lid, let it cook for 15 mins. Now add bottle gourd, cumin seeds powder, black pepper powder, salt (as adjustable), cover the lid and cook for 20 mins. Garnish with coriander. Done. 😋😋😋
