Soya Paneer cutlet
ingredients:- (quantity can be adjusted as per macros) soya- 22 gm paneer- 90 gm psyllium husk- 4 tsp gg paste- 2 tbsp salt and red chilly powder as per taste boil soya chunks for 5 minutes and drain the water. blend it with paneer and gg paste. add salt and res chilly powder as per taste. add psyllium husk to bind and form dough like consistency. make round cutlets and cook in non stick pan on both sides on low flame for 5 mins each side. i have made these oil free but however oil can be used as per your macros. grated carrot and beetroot and/or finely chopped coriander can be added in the dough.
